What we collect
Your account details (name and email, held through our authentication provider), your billing state (handled by our payment provider — we never see or store card numbers), the things you and your clients put into your workspaces (projects, files, messages, portal content), and first-party usage data about how the product is used. Activity in a workspace — messages sent, files shared, tasks and projects moved — is recorded as it happens, because those records are what your dashboards, timelines and client-facing activity feeds are made of; they stay inside the workspace and portal they belong to. If you write to support, we keep the conversation.
How we use it
To provide, secure, bill for and improve Hublumen. We do not sell personal data, we do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we share data only with the service providers that host and operate the platform (see subprocessors).
Your clients' data
Data held in the portals you run — client records, files, messages, form submissions — belongs to you, and we process it on your instructions (see the data processing terms). If you arrived here as the client of an agency that uses Hublumen, that agency is who to contact; requests that reach us by mistake are forwarded to them.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data — write to support@stacklumen.com and we will handle it, including the rights granted by GDPR, CCPA and similar laws where they apply to you. Deleting your account deletes your data, subject to what payment and tax law require us to retain.
